Graduation Success Coach
The Title VI Graduation Success Coach supports Native American students by helping them stay on track toward high school graduation. Through individualized guidance, mentoring, and intervention, the Graduation Success Coach works with students who may be experiencing academic, attendance, or personal challenges that could impact their success.
Working in partnership with principals, school counselors, attendance staff, families, and community resources, the Graduation Success Coach helps identify barriers to student success and connects students with the support they need to achieve their educational goals.
The Graduation Success Coach also collaborates with other Rapid City Area Schools programs to promote student engagement, improve attendance and academic achievement, and reduce the risk of students dropping out. By building positive relationships, fostering a sense of belonging, and providing consistent encouragement, the Graduation Success Coach empowers students to graduate prepared for college, career, and future opportunities.
